Machine Overview:
1. Double-belted grinding and polishing machine type SG2500-2.
Dimension of grinding belt: 120mm×9000mm(width &length)
Scotch brite type belt can make excellent finishing.
2. Motor power for the grinding belt drive: 4KW, V 50HZ
3. Grinding belt speed V=2.5-25m/s, frequency control by inverter.
4. Equipped with left hand machine stand with the grinding belt drive unit, pneumatic belt tension switch and pneumatic door open switch.
5.Equipped with right hand machine stand with dust hood(diameter of outlet:?150mm). The outlet extends out of the work table that can highly improve the capacity of dust extraction. Necessary extraction power=3000m3/h. Abrasive belt tension roller is also at right hand.
6.Motorized table height adjustment on 2 dust-proof ball bearing screw mandrels(?40mm).
Screw mandrels driven by 2 motors (0.75KW, 0.75KW) and separated design of worm speed reducer.
7.4 Four dust-proof liner pillars adopted to guarantee the stability of the work table that can make the lift smooth and stable.
8. Tip touch control (include 1 dog drive tabl lift switch, one belt start switch and 1 belt brake switch)
9. Equipped with one tip work lamp. We can install more lamps as required.
10. Pressure of the grinding belt on the workpiece to be ground by pressure grinding piece (surface contact for polishing, fine grinding and creating long liner silking), prism roller (line contact for deburring of protrusions and welding spot, heavy grinding and creating short silking),2 manual operated grinding pressure pieces(line contact and surface contact for partial grinding).
11. Belt guard plate for protecting the hands to be hurt by the other grinding belt.
12. Exclusive pneumatic switch device of included plate on the shaft that makes the belt replacing easy.
13. Equipped with a right hand tension wheel for belt cut-away. The exclusive belt control creates a stable belt control even the belt is working at 90°shape.
14. The slide-rail is made form super line prism which is surface hardening processed.
15. Belt drive wheels adopt major diameter aluminum contact roller which is rubber covered. The computerized balanced contact roller is light-structure and powerful.
16. Equipped with two sets of work table and one set of storage rack to carry sliding tables.
17. Work table:
Dimension: 1500mm×2500mm, for grinding of large plate.
Table movement back and forward is by manual. The maximum loading weight: 500kg. The optimum weight is 200kg.
Solid wooden work floor avoid sliding and scratches to the workpiece.
18. Vacuum clamping unit
Used for the grinding of shaped trunks and cabinets.
It is composed of one 360° rotating, one 180°capsize, and one 360°plus two 30 °rotating unit.
One load can meet 5 sides grinding.
19. Integrated infinities position vacuum clamping foot pedals (4).
One for the 360°rotating control, one for 180°capsize control, one for the lock of the ball and the other for vacuum clamping control.
20. Durable Japanese CONVUM Brand vacuum clamping component.
21. Equipped with side of machine stand with electrical cabinet which is also dust-proof design.
22. Equipped with protective travel switch for secure work table lift.
